empire has amazing customer service, fast and efficient, very friendly. Don't waste your time with safelite, they scheduled me for an appointment and didn't even have the part. when I asked them time frame if they had to order it, they said we don't know it depends on availability. Really then why even make an appointment? blessing in disguise I contacted Empire they installed it quickly and clean work. I will recommend to all my friends>

These guys were fantastic! Super great price, and really fast! They came to my apartment and very quickly installed the window, the window looks perfect! Going back to these guys to have another window replaced next month!

These guys did amazing! They drove out to my location and completed the job in 25 minutes. My glass looks spectacular AND the sprayed a water repellant on my windshield. They have extremely reasonable prices as well, at least 50% less than Safe Lite Repair. I definitely recommend them, 5 Stars!

I've dealt with many glass companies in the past. Empire will be my choice from this point forward. I called around 4:30 and asked them what time they closed. They said 6:00, I needed the glass replaced today. They came at 7:00 and were finished in around 15 minutes. I highly recommend Empire!!
